Faye Bell

Faye Rebecca Bell, age 80, of Marlinton, died Saturday, July 28, 2001, at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Bell was a member of the Eastern Star and was a Lady Shriner. She was a Baptist.
A native of Rimel, she was born December 3, 1920, the daughter of the late Frank and Ida Sue Ryder.
Her husband, Tom Bell, preceded her in death.
Surviving her are five sons, Tommy Lester, Benton Lester, and Danny Lester, all of Marlinton, Curtis Lester, of Detroit, Michigan, and James Lester, of Manassas, Virginia; a sister, Marjorie White, of Minnehaha Springs; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held Tuesday afternoon at VanReenen Funeral Home by the Rev. Jerry Moore.
Memorial gifts may be made to Shriners Crippled Children's Fund.

Harrell William Pritt

Harrell W. Pritt, age 66, of Annandale, Virginia, died Friday, June 29, 2001, at his residence.
Born October 7, 1934, in Orange County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Lee W. and Hulda Marie Horner Pritt.
Mr. Pritt was an Army veteran and retired from Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association in Frederick, Maryland.
Survivors include his wife, Ellen, of Annandale; a daughter, Pamela E. McAteer, of Annapolis, Maryland; three sons, Gregory H. Pritt, of Springfield, Virginia, Bryan N. Pritt, of Annandale, and Kevin W. Pritt, of Springfield; three brothers, Lee Pritt, Jr., Earl Pritt, and Clarence Pritt, all of Culpeper, Virginia.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Charlene Ford.
A memorial service was held at the National Funeral Home Chapel in Falls Church, Virginia, on Monday, July 2, with a private graveside service on Friday, July 13, in the Culpeper National Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Ponn officiating.
