Jean F. Scott, age 82, of Indianapolis, Indiana, died Saturday, February 19, 2011.
Born November 12, 1928, at Onoto, she was a daughter of the late Pinnie Cloonan Land.

Jean was married to Johnny R. Hall from 1946, until his death in 1967. She later married James N. Scott in Indianapolis, Indiana, on July 16, 1971.

In addition to her mother and two husbands, she was preceded in death by a son James Hall; a step-son, Michael Scott; a granddaughter, Tamara Hall-Sanders; and a great-grandson, Tyden W. Arthur.

She is survived by a son, Johnny Hall, of Martinsville, Virginia; two step-daughters, Susan Scott, of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Anita Pidun, and husband, Uwe, of Berlin, Germany; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a nephew, Donald Land, and wife, Patti, of Spencer.

Memorial service is Wednesday, February 23, 7 p.m. at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center. Inurnment will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
