Charles L. Kelly, age 66, of Green Bank, died Tuesday, April 5, 2011.

Born April 30, 1944, at Marlinton, he was a son of Loran O. Kelly, of Green Bank, and the late Lettie Elizabeth Hamrick Kelly.

Charles attended Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, was a retired engineer-in-charge with Columbia Gas of Ohio for more than 24 years and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Wellington, Ohio.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by two sisters, Connie Sue Kundart and Marie Olivero.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Patricia "Pat" Tillman Kelly, of Green Bank; three daughters, Patricia Lynn Plaugher, and husband, Ronald, of Arbovale, Jennifer Smith, of Akron, Ohio, and Kimberlee Skelley, of Rittman, Ohio; a step-daughter, Tammy Hudak, and husband, Ricky, of Grafton, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Bert, Elizabeth, Lisa, Sarah, Kelley, Breeanna, Ricky and Makayla; three great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Jonathan and Isabella; and a sister, Margaret Kelly, of Euclid, Ohio.

There will no service or visitation.
