Lana Louise Moore Barlow, age 63, of Marlinton, died Sunday, October 2, 2011, at home.

Born May 30, 1948, at Cleveland, Ohio, she is the daughter of Mary Lois Weatherholt Moore, of Marlinton, and the late Earl Sanford Moore.

Lana was a restaurateur. She was a very active leader of the Black Diamond Girl Scout Troop 5032.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Lawrence Robert "Bob" Barlow, of Marlinton; a daughter, Tammi Charlene Barlow, of Marlinton; a son, Jeffrey Preston Barlow, of Marlinton; a sister, Linda Moore Friel, of Marlinton; a brother, Thomas Douglas Moore, of Augusta; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 4, from 6 -8 p.m. at VanReenen Funeral Home. Funeral service is Wednesday, October 5, 11 a.m. at VanReenen Funeral Home with Rev. Butch Honaker officiating. Interment will be in Cochran Cemetery in Onoto.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Black Diamond Girl Scout Troop 5032, c/o City National Bank, Marlinton, WV 24954.
