Julian Hunter Tracy
Julian Hunter Tracy, 81, of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, formerly of Ohio and West Virginia, died Monday, October 10, 2011 at Heritage Hall Care Center in Lawrenceburg.
Born May 25, 1930, at Arbovale, he was a son of the late James Claude and Dessie Marie Eye Tracy.
Julian was a graduate of Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky, with a degree in Education and taught elementary school in Logan, Ohio. He was a truck driver for CRST Trucking and trained new truck drivers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Lowe Tracy.
He is survived by a daughter, Barbara Tracy Huddleston, and husband, Joey, of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; a son, David Lee Tracy, of Athens, Ohio; four grandchildren, Ryan Lee Wheaton, and wife, Josie, Lyssa Nicole Wheaton, Jennifer Tracy and Miranda Jenne; four great-grandchildren, Olivia Jenne, Mason Robert Burrow, Kaden Matthew Wheaton and Jaxton Lee Wheaton; and two sisters, Anna Lee Brevard and Wanda Bell Tracy, and husband, Robert, all of Ohio.
Graveside service will be held at a later date in Poage Lane Cemetery in Clover Lick.
