Hallie M. Cutlip, age 79, of Rupert, died Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at Greenbrier Manor in Lewisburg.

Born December 27, 1931, at Renick, she was a daughter of the late Mason D. and Dollie Hammons Stanley.

Hallie was a homemaker, a member of the Big Clear Creek Baptist Church, of Rupert, and an active member of the Senior Center in Rupert.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd C. Cutlip, Sr.; two brothers, Henry D. "Jude" Stanley and Gene Stanley; and several nieces and nephews.

She is survived by a son, Loyd C. Cutlip, Jr., of Rupert; a sister, Marthalee Cudd, of Lewisburg; a brother, Carl Stanley, of Lewisburg; and three sisters-in-law, Vinecia Stanley, of Lewisburg, Joyce Stanley, of Martinsburg, and Mary Stanley, of Hillsboro.

Funeral service is Friday, November 4, 2 p.m. at Wallace and Wallace Chapel in Rainelle, with Pastor Glen Kuhn officiating. Interment will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, in Clintonville. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
