Jimmie Vandevender, age 87, of Bartow, died Saturday, November 19, 2011, at Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins.

Family will receive friends Monday, November 21, 6 - 8 p.m. at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale. Funeral service is Tuesday, November 22, 11 a.m. at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home with Rev. William Vandevender officiating. Interment with Military Rites by the Pocahontas County Honor Corps, will be in the Bennett Cemetery on John's Run Road.
