Edward Douglas Waggy, age 27, of Laramie, Wyoming, formerly of Franklin, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, December 3, 2011, at his home.

Funeral service was December 10 at Kimble Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin with Rev. Rita Beeman officiating. Interment was in Cherry Hill Cemetery, Upper Tract.
