Howard Lee Brown departed this world Sunday, April 22, 2012, after an extended illness.

A celebration of Howard's life will be Friday, April 27. Visitation will be from 3 - 6 p.m. at the Marlinton Presbyterian Church. Funeral service is at 6 p.m. at the Marlinton Presbyterian Church with Rev. Larry Gamble officiating. Burial will be Saturday, April 28, at 1 p.m. at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Nicholas County.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Association or Pocahontas Memorial Hospital.
