Carl William "Bill" Chapman, age 77, of Webster Springs, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at CAMC Memorial Division after an extended illness.

Funeral service is Saturday, July 28, 1 p.m. at Dodd and Reed Funeral Home with Revs. Reggie Stewart and Dave Sommerville officiating. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
