The Word of Faith Church, of Monterey, Virginia, is sponsoring a poker run to benefit the Wayne Arbogast family, of Dunmore. Wayne Arbogast is recovering from viral encephalitis and his family has incurred enormous medical bills. Registration is at 9 a.m. at the Word of Faith Church and the ride begins at 10 a.m. Dinner follows the ride and will include pulled pork barbecue, cole slaw, macaroni and cheese, baked beans and dessert.
