Regular Meeting

The Pocahontas County Public Service District will hold its Regular Meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Location: Linwood Library, in the Old Snowshoe Welcome Center, Slaty Fork, WV.

-Review for approval minutes of meetings held on February 2 ,17 and 22, 2011.

-Discuss and/or act on accounts paid and payable for February and March 2011.

-Discuss and/or Act on employee compensation.

-Discuss and/or Act on sewer utility rates.

-Receive information/Discuss and/or Act on land acquisition for sewage treatment plant.

-Discuss and/or Act on metals studies.

-Discuss and/or Act on back-up Ultraviolet.

-Discuss and/or Act on Sewer Software CUPPS system.

-Discuss and/or Act on Sewer Maintenance/Calibration Program.

Public Comment Period: will be after the opening of the 7 p.m. meeting. Comments will be limited to five minutes per person. Please sign up 15 minutes before meeting if you wish to speak during the comment period.
