The Pocahontas County PSD will hold a Work Session on FRIDAY, MAY 20, 2011 at 10:00 AM in Charleston, WV with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection. The following items will be discussed: Scott Mandirola v. Pocahontas County Public Service District, Civil Action No. 10-C-49(P), Beckwith, et al., v. Pocahontas County Public Service District, et al., Case No.: 10-1279-PSC-C and In Re: Pocahontas County Public Service District, Case No. 11-0028-PSD-PC. LOCATION : Department of Environmental Protection, 601 57th Street, SE. Charleston, WV. The PSD will not be conducting business during this work session. It is anticipated the matter may be discussed in executive session.
