According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Malcolm C. Watkins, 46, of Hillsboro, appeared in court September 13 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000.

Liberty Jo Wallace, 35, of Elkins, appeared in court September 8 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Christopher Ryan Chitwood, 24, of Salem, Virginia, appeared in court September 7 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. He was placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $166.80 in court costs.

Roy Lynn Walker, 44, of Hillsboro, was arrested September 7 on charges of no motor vehicle inspection, registration violation and driving under the influence. Bond was set at $2,000. He was released from jail September 9.

Larry Brian Talkington, 47, of Marlinton, was arrested September 9 on a charge of destruction of property. Bond was set at $500.

John Tony Greathouse, 29, of Bartow, was arrested September 11 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams and possession of a Schedule III controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000. He was released from jail September 13.

Carl Lee Kidd, Jr., 29, of Circleville, was arrested September 11 on charges of firearm violation, possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Bond was set at $7,500. He was released from jail September 13.

Timothy Lee Queen, 23, of Bartow, was arrested September 11 on charges of obstructing and officer and two counts of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance. Bond was set at $30,000. He is currently lodged at Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

Donald Raymond Campbell, 48, of Hillsboro, was arrested September 12 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500. He was released from jail September 13.

John D. Brewer, 46, of Bartow, was arrested September 9 on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was set at $2,500.

Wayne Allen Cool, 49, of Bartow, was arrested September 11 on charges of prohibited person in possession of a firearm, possession/delivery of a Schedule III controlled substance and two counts of possession/delivery of a Schedule I controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000. He is currently lodged at Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
