El Nino arrived right on time.
Precipitation and snowfall hit their averages right on the nose.
Temperatures were warmer than normal.
The first three weeks of December were warm and dry with no snowfall. And then my El Nino prediction of wet and snowy weather arrived on time on December 21.
Precipitation of 3.23 inches was exactly on average. Snowfall of 13.8 inches was also normal for December. Seasonal snowfall now totals 24.7 inches.
 The average high temperature was 43.3 degrees and the average low was 26.7 degrees. The mean of 35 degrees was 5.5 degrees above normal. The previous month of November also had a mean of 35 degrees.
For the first time, winter storms are now getting names similar to tropical storms. Dracho showed up on December 22. Euclid came right after Christmas, and Freyr followed on December 28.
