Winter Weather Advisory

The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snow, sleet and freezing rain. This advisory is in effect from 5 p.m. Sunday until 11 a.m. Monday for Pocahontas and Randolph counties.
Ice accumulation of less than one-tenth of an inch is expected.
Snow and sleet accumulations will be elevation dependent with storm totals of three to six inches above 3,000 feet.
Untreated roads in high elevations will become snow covered. A thin film of ice could form on exposed surfaces from patches of feezing rain.
Winds will be out of the southeast at 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
Use caution while driving.
