Two hearings were held in Magistrate Doshia Webbﾒs court on October 25.

Lynda A. Dunlap, of Greenville, pled guilty to DUI due to a controlled substance. She was fined $250, assessed $160.50, and ordered to do 100 hours of community service.

Randall E. Bibb, of Marlinton, entered a no contest plea to battery.ﾠ He was sentenced to six months in jail, to be served concurrently with a Circuit Court sentence, with $160.50 in court costs.ﾠ

Thomas B. Oliver, of Bartow, was arrested on Monday by State Police Tpr. B. E. Collins and charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.ﾠ He was released on $2500 bond.
