Due to an incomplete entry on the computer at the Magistrate office it was reported two weeks ago that Lynda Dunlap entered a guilty plea to DUI due to a controlled substance. This was the original charge, but the Magistrate Court computer now reflects that in a plea bargain agreement, she entered a guilty plea to reckless driving.
