According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

In Magistrate Kathy Beverage's court:

Anthony Ardizzone, 50, of Jupiter, Florida, was arrested December 29 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,000. He was released from jail December 29.

Michael S. Ardizzone, 20, of Jupiter, Florida, was arrested December 29 on charges of obstructing an officer, battery on a police officer, destruction of property and consuming under the age of 21. Bond was set at a total of $2,000 for all charges. He was released from jail December 30.

Anthony Ardizzone, Jr., 25, of Jupiter, Florida, was arrested December 29 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $500. He was released from jail December 30.

Arnold Schoolcraft, 26, of Marlinton, was arrested January 1 on charges of domestic battery, possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at a total of $6,500. Schoolcraft remained in jail Tuesday in lieu of bond.

Michael Andrew Ray, 21, of Fairmont, was arrested January 1 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $2,500. He was released from jail January 1.

Samuel Joel Wickline, 29, of Springfield, Virginia, was arrested January 1 on a charge of sexual abuse. Bond was set at $10,000. He was released from jail January 1.

In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanover's court:

Roger Scott Morgan, 32, of Covington, Virginia, pleaded guilty December 30 to a charge of petit larceny. He was assessed a $250 fine, $184.50 in court costs and ordered to pay $63 in restitution to the Hermitage Exxon. He was sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Joseph E. Moore, 26, of Buckeye, appeared in court December 29 on a charge of public intoxication. He was assessed a $50 fine, $159.50 in court costs and ordered to serve 48 hours of community service to be completed at the Marlinton Presbyterian Church by June 28, 2010.

Nicholas Harris, 20, of Eleanor, was arrested January 1 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $5,000. He was released from jail January 1.

Dustin Keith Turner, 32, of Marlinton, was arrested January 1 on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond was set at a total of $1,000. He was released from jail January 1.

Terry W. Sheets, 37, of Marlinton, was arrested January 1 on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond was set at a total of $1,000. He was released from jail January 1.

Richard Douglas McMillion, 36, of Marlinton, was arrested January 1 on a charge of obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $2,500. He was released from jail January 1.
