According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanover's court:

Raphael Anthony Peters, 56, of Clinton Township, Michigan, pleaded no contest January 12 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed a $15 fine and $159.50 in court costs. Per plea agreement, the charge was reduced from 50 mph in a 35 mph zone to 44 mph in a 35 mph zone by motion of Assistant Prosecutor J.L. Clifton.

David J. Jones, 25, of Waterford, Ohio, was arrested January 17 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000. He was released from jail the same day.
