Grand jury indicts five
The Pocahontas County Grand Jury indicted five people Tuesday morning, according to a media release from Prosecuting Attorney Donna Price.
All indictments are felonies unless otherwise noted.
Indcitments included:
David Cassell, 49, of Durbin: two counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance.
Justin Lynn, 28, of Marlinton: one count DUI, third or subsequent offense.
Tommy モRingoヤVandevander, 43, of Durbin: one count DUI, third or subsequent offense.
Lisa Foe, 39, of Cass: one count use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor; one count soliticing a minor via a computer.
Roy Walker, 44, of Hillsboro: one count unlawful wounding.
Indictments are not proof of guilt, but are merely accusations. All of the above defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
Arraignments will be held in front of Judge James Rowe Friday, April 9, at 9 a.m. and in front of Judge Joseph Pomponio Wednesday, April 14, at 9:30 a.m.
