According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
In Magistrate Kathy Beverage's court:
Allen Keith Sisler, 43, of Bartow, pleaded no contest March 30 to a charge of obstructing an officer. He was assessed a $500 fine and $159.50 in court costs.
Archie Ray Arbogast, 33, of Dunmore, was arrested March 28 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,000. He was released from jail March 29.
In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanover's court:
Crystal Dawn Baker, 27, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 29 on a charge of aggravated DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Christopher Michael Waybright, 25, of Arbovale, pleaded no contest March 29 to a charge of obstructing an officer. He was assessed a $100 fine and $159.50 in court costs.
Scott Alan Severs, 32, of Taylorsville, North Carolina, appeared in court March 10 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. He was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.50 in court costs.
Harry Keene Varner, 19, of Roanoke, Virginia, appeared in court March 16 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. He was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.50 in court costs.
Matthew Avery Thomas Jr., 20, of Roanoke, Virginia, appeared in court March 23 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. He was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.50 in court costs.
Everette Allen Woody, 58, of Marlinton, was arrested April 1 on two counts of wanton endangerment. Bond was set at $5,000.
