According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases,

Steve K. Bennett, 35, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 5 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. He was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.50 in court costs.

Derrick Edward Irvine, 26, of Marlinton, was arrested May 5 on charges of destruction of property and entering without breaking. Bond was set at $25,000. He is currently housed at Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

James P. Hoke, 50, of Renick, was arrested May 6 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000. He was released from jail May 7.

Robert Eugene Sharp, 42, of Cass, was arrested May 7 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000. He was released from jail on the same day.
