Magistrate Court
According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Crystal Lynn Blankenship, 21, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 25 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to unsupervised probation to expire November 25, 2010 and assessed $165.50 in court costs.
Robert A. Francisco, 46, of Marlinton, was arrested May 28 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $3,000. He was released from jail June 1.
Mike White, 53, of Frank, was arrested May 31 on two counts of domestic battery. Bond was set at $10,000. He is currently housed at Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
Probable cause was found in a case of burglary against Jeremy D. Moore, 24, of Marlinton. The case was transferred to circuit court May 26. He was assessed $10 in court costs.
In Magistrate Kathy Beverage's court:
Paul D. Schoolcraft, 45, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty May 26 to a charge of battery. He was assessed a $250 fine, $159.50 in court costs, $101.26 in additional fees, ordered to pay $185 restitution and sentenced to six months jail with credit for time served.
