According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Christina Dawn Teter, 22, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 7 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. She was assessed $166.80 in court costs and placed on six months probation to expire January 7, 2011.
Jason Todd Carr, 32, of Marlinton, was arrested July 8 on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and fleeing on foot from officers. Bond was set at $1,000. He was released from jail the same day.
Richard E. Dunbrack, 44, of Marlinton, was arrested July 11 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Justin Allen Sisler, 20, of Bartow, was found not guilty July 8 on a charge of exceeding 25 MPH speed limit on an ATV. He was found guilty on a charge of operating an ATV on a road with a center line. He was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.
Brian Allen Cummins, 17, of Durbin, was found not guilty July 8 on a charge of exceeding 25 MPH speed limit on an ATV. He was found guilty on a charge of operating an ATV on a road with a center line. He was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.
Archie Ray Arbogast, 34, of Durbin, pleaded guilty July 8 to a charge of domestic battery. He was assessed a $250 fine, $160.80 in court costs, $50 in additional fees and sentenced to six months jail, to serve 30 days in jail and placed on probation.
Samuel Brock, 21, of Whitesville, entered a pretrial diversion that will expire January 8, 2010, for charges of prohibited person with a firearm and possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone.
