According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Dalton Curry, 19, of Durbin, was arrested July 23 on a charge of destruction of property. Bond was set at $500. He is currently lodged at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

Christopher Owen Gumm, 31, of Marlinton, was arrested July 22 on charges of driving under the influence and no operator's license. Bond was set at $1,500. He was released from jail the same day.

Norman Junior Sharp, II, 36, of Marlinton, was arrested July 21 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $3,500. He was released from jail the same day.

Two counts of animal cruelty and a charge of burglary against Richard S. Combs, 66, of Marlinton, were transferred to circuit court July 22 because probable cause was found.
