According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Harry Daniel Wilson, 70, of Marlinton, was arrested July 25 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Randall E. Bibb, 57, of Marlinton, was arrested August 1 on charges of battery and stalking. Bond was set at $25,000.

Monica J. Moran, 22, of Durbin appeared in court July 21 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. She was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and assessed $166.80 in court costs.

Christopher S. Harris, 41, of Marlinton, was arrested July 27 on a charge of domestic battery, third offense. Bond was set at $25,000.

A charge of wanton endangerment against William L. Cassell, 49, of Cass, was transferred to circuit court July 29.

In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanover's court:

A charge of domestic battery against Robert A. Francisco, Jr. was dismissed posthumously.

Cinda R. Cassell, 34, of Durbin, pleaded no contest July 29 to charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was assessed a $10 fine and $321.60 in court costs.
