Christopher Carl Friel, 25, of Bartow, appeared in court December 14 on a charge of passing in a no passing zone. Bond was set at $100.

A felony charge of registration violation against Roger W. Teter, Jr., 37, of Buckeye, was transferred to circuit court December 14.

In a preliminary hearing December 13, no probable cause was found for charges of three counts of wanton endangerment against Richard Allen Hill, 62, of Hillsboro.

A charge of possession of a controlled substance against Robert Randall Hall, 54, of Hillsbor0, was dismissed with prejudice December 14 on motion of the defense attorney.

A charge of failure to register as a sex offender against Earlin Lee Puffenbarger, 58, of Marlinton, was transferred to circuit court December 16.
