According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Tina Combs, 42, of Buckeye, appeared in court January 13 on two counts of failure to send child to school. Bond was set at $500.

Jerry Todd Green, 40, of Louisville, Tennessee, appeared in court January 11 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. He was placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $166.80 in court costs.

Brian Michael Mason, 31, of Hillsboro, appeared in court January 12 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. He was placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $166.80 in court costs.

Randell S. Lambert, 42, of Dunmore, was arrested January 11 on a charge of driving under the influence, third offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
