According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Francine Lambert, 44, of Durbin, was arrested March 14 on a charge of cruelty to animals. Bond was set at $5,000.

Crystal Eileen Sisler, 23, of Bartow, appeared in court March 16 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. She was placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $166.80 in court costs.

Mary Ann Long, 47, of Marlinton, was arrested March 19 on a charge of domestic battery, second offense. Bond was set at $3,500.

Aaron Joseph Totten, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest March 16 to a charge of providing false information to police. He was assessed a $50 fine and $160.80 in court costs.
