According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Troy Dean Hall, 34, of Marlinton, was arrested May 11 on charges of speeding, no proof of insurance, driving suspended/revoked non-DUI and no motor vehicle inspection. Bond was set at $2,100.
Jan Stewart Levenson, 58, of Hillsboro, was arrested May 19 on a charge of harassment by computer. Bond was set at $1,000.
Kimberly McDowell, 45, of Marlinton, was arrested May 19 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.
Harley F. Dickinson, 26, of Marlinton, was arrested May 20 on charges of prohibited person in possession of a firearm, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and cultivating a controlled substance. Bond was set at $16,000.
Eugene P. Wimer, 31, of Durbin, was arrested May 21 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.
John Allen Shinaberry, 38, of Cass, appeared in court May 17 on charges of four counts of failure to make changes in registry. Bond was set at $20,000.
Christopher Paul Grimes, 28, of Gas City, Indiana, was arrested May 18 on a charge of burglary. Bond was set at $25,000.
Roger W. Teter, Sr., 59, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 19 on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000.
Traci M. Douglas-Rexrode, 35, of Marlinton, was arrested May 20 on charges of two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and cultivating a controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.
