According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Jared Lee Cain, 31, of Middleburg, Florida, was arrested July 10 on charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. Bond was set at $2,000.

Harold T. Turner, 55, of Marlinton, was arrested July 12 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,000.

Angela G. Rider, 36, of Marlinton, was arrested July 12 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $1,000.

Leo Lon Mallory, 71, of South Charleston, appeared in court July 13 on a charge of shooting within 500 feet of a dwelling. Bond was set at $100.

Lionel M. Gray, 66, of Hillsboro, appeared in court July 13 on a charge of shooting within 500 feet of a dwelling. Bond was set at $100.

Travis Shane Dean, 33, of Marlinton, was arrested July 8 on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm. Bond was set at $2,500.

Felix Amenabar, 26, of Durbin, was arrested July 14 on charges of breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiring. Bond was set at $15,000.

Carlos Claudio Figueroa, 30, of Durbin, was arrested July 14 on charges of breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiring. Bond was set at $15,000.

Luis Omar Serrano Rodriguez, 29, of Durbin, was arrested July 14 on charges of breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiring. Bond was set at $15,000.

Rolando Pagan, 33, of Durbin, was arrested July 14 on charges of breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiring. Bond was set at $15,000.

Angel Manuel Rodriguez, 34, of Durbin, was arrested July 15 on charges of breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiring. Bond was set at $15,000.

Donald L. Rider, 58, Marlinton, pleaded no contest July 11 to charges of public intoxication and battery. He was assessed a $110 fine and $321.60 in court costs.
