According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Courtney Wilfong, 26, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 9 on a charge of failure to send child to school. Bond was set at $500.

Glenda Teter, 34, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 9 on a charge of failure to send child to school. Bond was set at $500.

Andrew M. Must, 28, of Hillsboro, was arrested April 15 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

James M. Lester, 29, of Marlinton, was arrested April 16 on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000.
