Richard S. Combs, 68, of Marlinton, was arrested April 22 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Steven Edward Tincher, 35, of Buckeye, appeared in court April 17 on a charge of driving under the influence, third offense. Bond was set at $2,500.

Jonathan Walton, 21, of Hillsboro, was arrested April 18 on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000.

Russel Cane, 59, of Marlinton, was arrested April 18 on charges of three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.

Paulette Cote, 61, of Marlinton, was arrested April 18, on charges of three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.

Korey Sheldon Persinger, 20, of Grassy Meadows, pleaded no contest April 19 to a charge of no personal floatation devices. He was assessed a $20 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Darin Shane Ramsey, 23, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty March 27 to a charge of fishing violation. He was assessed a $20 fine and $160.80 in court costs.
