According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Travis Lee Price, 33, of Buckeye, appeared in court April 25 on a charge of no motor vehicle inspection. Bond was set at $100.

In Magistrate Kathy Beverageﾒs court:

Craig A. Metcalf, 26, of Dayton, Ohio, pleaded no contest April 23 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. He was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Jenna Bennett, 20, of Marlinton, was placed on unsupervised probation March 19 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. The probation was revoked after the defendant admitted to a violation. She was placed on six months Day Report upon completion of rehab. She was assessed a $100 fine and $185.80 in court costs.

Christina Teter, 25, of Marlinton, waived her right to a preliminary hearing March 29 for three counts of forgery.

In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanoverﾒs court:

Russell R. Cane, 59, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest April 23 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Paulette M. Cote, 61, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest April 23 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.
