According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Kristopher Nutter, 32, of Marlinton, was arrested May 2 on a charge of phone calls harassing/obscene/threatening. Bond was set at $1,000.

Brandi Nicole Schoolcraft, 24, of Buckeye, was arrested May 5 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Christopher Adam Triplett, 29, of Marlinton, was arrested April 30 on a charge of sexual assault, third degree. Bond was set at $25,000.

Kelley L. Cohenour, 34, of Marlinton, was arrested May 4 on a charge of conspiracy. Bond was not set.
Jo Ann Roake, 23, of Marlinton, was arrested May 4 on a charge

of conspiracy. Bond was set at $5,000.

Patrick Ray Wall, 35, of Marlinton, was arrested May 4 on a charge of conspiracy. Bond was set at $5,000.

In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanoverﾒs court:

Jermia Paul Hedrick, 22, of Circleville, pleaded no contest May 3 to a charge of firearm violation. He was assessed a $20 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Steven Edward Tincher, 35, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest May 2 to a charge of driving under the influence, second offense. He was assessed $165.80 in court costs, $80 in additional fees and sentenced to six months in jail with 90 days suspended.
