According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Josh A. Bond, 34, of Cass, was arrested May 25 on charges of battery on a police officer, two counts of obstructing an officer, driving under the influence - second offense, driving suspended/revoked for DUI, assaulting a police officer, prohibited person with a firearm, failure to maintain control, attempting to flee and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $11,000.

Michelle Feury, 18, of Hillsboro, was arrested May 25 on charges of domestic battery and destruction of property. Bond was set at $3,500.
