According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Archie Ray Arbogast, 36, of Arbovale, was arrested May 26 on charges of receiving/transferring stolen property, petit larceny and breaking and entering. Bond was set at $15,000.

Steven M. Lambert, 42, of Marlinton, was arrested May 28 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Ricky Lee Schoolcraft, 29, of Renick, was arrested May 27 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Edwin Silvia Garcia, 19, of Durbin, was arrested May 27 on charges of domestic assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,600.

Thomas L. Queen, 56, of Marlinton, was arrested May 31 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Christopher Steven Harris, 43, of Marlinton, was arrested June 1 on charges of public intoxication and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $1,000.

Charges of no operator?s, failure to stop/yield and transferring stolen property into the state against Daniel Hernandez, 53, of Durbin, were transferred to circuit court May 30.
