May 6: Trista Dawn Carrington, 21, of White Sulphur Springs, was traveling on Route 92 in a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, when she left the roadway, lost control and flipped the vehicle. The accident was investigated by Sheriff?s Deputy B.E. Nelson. No citations were issued.

May 7: Reid Taylor Harper, 19, of Snowshoe, was traveling in a 2000 Dodge Neon when he went off the road on the right side, lost control and went back across the road, striking a guardrail. A blood alcohol test was administered and his BAC was 0.112. Harper was issued a citation for driving under the influence. Nelson investigated the accident.

May 23: Joshua Adam Bond, 34, of Dunmore, was traveling south on Route 28 in a 1997 Nissan Sentra, when he went across the northbound lane and slid over an embankment, striking a fence. The accident was investigated by Corporal D.M. Brock of the Sheriff?s Department. Bond was issued citations for driving suspended/revoked for DUI and driving under the influence, second offense.

May 26: Daniel Hernandez, 23, pulled out of an intersection, striking Gene Faulkner, 37, of Union, who was driving a 2000 Dodge Minivan. Hernandez was driving a 1998 Chevrolet truck registered to Dorothy Bicksler, of Bethel, Pennsylvania. The accident was investigated by Sheriff?s Deputy B.A. Shinaberry. Hernandez was issued citations for no operator?s, failure to yield and transferring/receiving a stolen vehicle.

May 27: Shawn Adam Jones, 20, of Bowden, was trying to elude law enforcement, in a 2002 Chrysler 300M, when he lost control and struck a guardrail. The vehicle continued rolling until it was disabled. Nelson investigated the accident. Jones was issued a citation for fleeing or eluding law enforcement.
