Charles M. Burgess, 59, of Marlinton, was arrested June 5 on a charge of petit larceny. Bond was set at $1,000.

Melinda G. Nutter, 34, of Marlinton, was arrested June 7 on a charge of false pretenses. Bond was set at $2,500.
