According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Daniel Skidmore, 26, of Valley Head, appeared in court June 25 on a charge of destruction of property. Bond was set at $500.

Jerry A. Tyler, 64, of Cowen, appeared in court June 22 on a charge of stream litter. Bond was set at $300.

Kevin Reed McCoy, 41, of Hillsboro, was arrested June 23 on charges of driving suspended/revoked for DUI, obstructing an officer, DUI second offense, destruction of property and assault on a public safety officer. Bond was set at $6,500.

James Edward Markley, 32, of Valley Bend, was arrested June 24 on charges of DUI third offense and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $6,000.
