A Pocahontas County jury has found Charles Stull guilty of voluntary manslaughter for the shooting death of Jesse Bennett on June 7, 2010 .

Stull, 52, is from Durbin, as was the victim. Stull was originally charged with murder in the first degree.

He could serve three-to-15 years in prison.

The jury took just over two hours in deliberation before rendering the verdict.
