Ashley Dawn Wooddell, 24, of Circleville, was arrested July 3 on charges of petit larceny, grand larceny, conspiracy, receiving/transferring stolen property and three counts of forgery. Bond was set at $31,000.

Melvin Lee Martin, 56, of Buckeye, appeared in court July 5 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Joshua Alan McClure, 31, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 3 on charges of reckless driving and failure to give audible signal when passing. Bond was set at $600.

Harry Thomas Crockett, 59, of Princeton, appeared in court July 5 on charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,000.

Jeremiah G. Smith, 31, of Buckeye, was arrested July 7 on charges of driving under the influence with child endangerment, prohibited person in possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams. Bond was set at $5,000.

Christopher Jesse Bennett, 21, of Franklin, pleaded guilty June 21 to a charge of left of center. He was assessed a $10 fine and $165.80 in court costs.

Phillip Anthony Biondo, 29, of Rockville, Maryland, pleaded no contest June 4 to a charge of no motor vehicle inspection. He was assessed a $10 fine and $155.80 in court costs.

Solomon Bluine Bostic, 18, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest June 13 to a charge of underage consumption. He was assessed a $25 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Mark Daniel Donahue, 44, of Camden-on-Gauley, pleaded no contest June 22 to charges of conspiracy of Chapter 20 and taking fish by illegal method. He was assessed a $120 fine and $321.60 in court costs.

Adam Clark Harwell, 25, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest June 12 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Kenneth Curtis Lowe, 29, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 19 to a charge of driving suspended/revoked non-DUI. He was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Brandon Lee Mace, 25, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded no contest June 27 to a charge of motor vehicle on 6 Rt. He was assessed a $20 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Hope Leighanne May, 31, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 15 to a charge of driving suspended/revoked non-DUI. She was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Kenneth Craig Osborne, 44, of Sandstone, pleaded no contest June 25 to a charge of no proof of insurance. He was assessed a $200 fine and $150.80 in court costs.

Andrew Guy Pritt, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 22 to a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was assessed a $25 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Steven Edward Sharp, 55, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 25 to a charge of no proof of insurance. He was assessed a $200 fine and $150.80 in court costs.

Teresa Lynn Sharp, 40, of Hines, pleaded no contest June 11 to a charge of no child restraint. She was assessed a $10 fine and $155.80 in court costs.

Jerry A. Tyler, 64, of Cowen, pleaded no contest June 22 to charges of using bait in a prohibited area and keeping trout in a catch and release. He was assessed a $70 fine, $321.60 in court costs and ordered to pay $10 in restitution.
