According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Charles Burgess, 60, of Marlinton, was arrested July 10 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,000. A charge of worthless check complaint was dismissed July 11.
Gilberto Santana Rivera, 43, of Durbin, was arrested July 7 on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $1,500.
Scott Michael Cable, 49, of Nitro, was arrested July 7 on a charge of driving suspended/revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
James A. Richard, 35, of Marlinton, was arrest July 9 on charges of two counts of assault and brandishing a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $2,000.
Trisha C. Warwick, 26, of Marlinton, was arrested July 10 on charges of violating a protective order and possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. Bond was set at $2,000.
Timothy S. Hoover, 33, of Cass, was arrested July 10 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,000. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed due to no probable cause.
Genevieve Burgess, 40, of Marlinton, was arrested July 10 on a charge of obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $1,000.
Teresa L. Tuttle, 50, of Hillsboro, appeared in court July 13 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. She was placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $166.80 in court costs.
Christopher Brier Dinsmore, 21, of Frankford, was arrested July 14 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

A charge of speeding against Andrew M. Must, 28, of Hillsboro, was dismissed July 9.
In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanover?s court:
Garry George Hissom, 61, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest July 11 to a charge of harboring a dog. He was assessed a $10 fine and $160.80 in court costs.
A charge of speeding against Norman L. Alderman, 61, of Marlinton, was dismissed July 15.
