According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Scott M. Cable, 49, of Charleston, appeared in court July 18 on charges of trespassing, public intoxication, battery and possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. Bond was set at $2,500.

Gwendolyn B. Kline, 31, of Hillsboro, was arrested July 17 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Audrianna R. Mace, 19, of Marlinton, was arrested July 22 on a charge of child neglect resulting in serious bodily injury. Bond was set at $25,000.

Nicholas R. Dunbrack, 22, of Marlinton, was arrested July 22 on a charge of child neglect resulting in serious bodily injury. Bond was set at $25,000.
