According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Timothy M. Dean, 21, of Buckeye, appeared in court August 2 on charges of driving under the influence, second offense and driving suspended/revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $3,500.

Ricky Lee Shinaberry, 20, of Cass, appeared in court July 31 on a charge of reckless driving. Bond was set at $1,000.
Nicholas R. Irvine, 22, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 31 on a charges of battery. Bond was set at $500.

Timothy Wayne Dean, Jr., 18, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 30 on charges of improper passing and passing a school bus. Bond was set at $1,000.

In Magistrate Kathy Beverage’s court:

Kyle Fleming, 19, of Zanesville, Ohio, pleaded guilty July 31 to a charge of driving under the influence. He was assessed a $200 fine, $200.80 in court costs, $85 in additional fees and sentenced to two days in jail.

In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanover’s court:

Edgar Davis Evans, 38, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest July 40 to a charge of no proof of insurance. He was assessed a $200 fine and $150.80 in court costs.
