According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Bryson A. Hill, 19, of Marlinton, was arrested August 9, on charges of assault and battery. Bond was set at $2,000.

Trista N. Robinson, 18, of Marlinton, was arrested August 9, on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $1,000.

Olivia J. Goslyn, 21, of Marlinton, was arrested August 9 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $1,000.

In Magistrate Kathy Beverage’s court:

Mandy Justice, 29, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest August 6 to a charge of false pretenses. She was assessed a $100 fine, $160.80 in court costs, sentenced to six months suspended jail and placed on six months probation. She is ordered to pay at least $50 a month to McCoy’s Market in restitution.

Citations

Rodney G. Brooks, 43, of Alderson, pleaded no contest August 10 to a charge of no motor vehicle inspection. He was assessed a $10 fine and $165.80 in court costs.

Daniel C. Good, 21, of Durbin, pleaded guilty July 24 to a charge of driving suspended/revoked, non-DUI. He was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Dillon Wyatt Hovorka, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest August 7 to a charge of seat belt violation. He was assessed a $5 fine.

George Irizarry, 38, of Durbin, pleaded no contest July 19 to a charge of driving suspended/revoked, non-DUI. He was assessed a $100 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Randell Scott Lambert, 44, of Dunmore, pleaded no contest August 6 to a charge of leaving the scene. He was assessed a $10 fine and $165.80 in court costs.

Jeremiah George Smith, 31, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest August 3 to a charge of public intoxication. He was assessed a $10 fine and $160.80 in court costs.

Suzanne Jett Trowbridge, 66, of Charleston, pleaded no contest July 17 to a charge of improper passing. She was assessed a $9.20 fine and $165.80 in court costs.
