According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Damian M. Kinnison, 28, of Buckeye, was arrested August 16 on charges of DUI combined influence causing injury, driving suspended/revoked non-DUI, no proof of insurance and failure to stop/yield. Bond was set at $2,100.

In Magistrate Kathy Beverage’s court:

Rurik Lol Tywoniw, 23, of Morgantown, was found guilty August 15 on charges of seat belt violation and speeding. He was assessed an $18 fine, $160.80 in court costs and $5 in additional fees.

Charges of failure to stop/yield and seat belt violation against Stephen Michael McNally, 59, of Arbovale, were dismissed August 17.

A charge of worthless check complaint against Scott M. Cable, 49, of Charleston, was dismissed due to payment. He was assessed a $25 worthless check fee, $160.80 in court costs and $846.82 in worthless check amount.
