Waste Water Management, Inc., President David Rigby made the new draft of the Pocahontas County Public Serivce District's facilities plan and maps available to The Pocahontas Times.

At the plan's unveiling in the Pocahontas County Commission meeting room in Marlinton on September 24, Rigby said he welcomed public input on the draft as he prepares a final version for the PSD's November 10 deadline.
