According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Larissa Renee Hill, 20, of Marlinton, was arrested September 12 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.

David Michael Callison, 21, of Hillsboro, was arrested September 14 on a charge of public intoxication. He will enter into an alcohol education program and show proof of his attendance to the court.
